Blue Magic Head Coach Sinisa Sicar said: “This is our seventh consecutive final and we hope to win it for the seventh time in-a-row. Blue Magic have been in the Champions League 10 times and we know what to expect, experience is on our side, we are favourites, we aren’t hiding from that but we want to win again on Sunday.
Teams in Ireland are improving, they are closing the gap and it’s getting more and more difficult to win. We held the record for the longest winning streak but this year we’ve suffered a couple off losses so we know we have to on our game to win.
Leinster Futsal Head Coach Emir Mustic said: We should have in the final last year but we lost out to Pro-Brazil on penalties and that’s risk you take when a game goes to penalties. We learned our lesson and we’ve change our mindset and approach as a team and it’s seen us progress to the final. Blue Magic will be favourites and I’m not expecting miracles but I won’t say they can’t be beat.
