WU17s squad ready for UEFA EURO Round 2 Qualifiers

The Ireland Women’s Under-17s will travel to Sweden for three Round 2 games as part of qualification for the UEFA European WU17 Championships.

James Scott’s squad need to finish top of Group A1 in order to secure passage through to this summer’s finals tournament in Northern Ireland.

It is nine years since the WU17s last qualified for the showpiece event and hopes are high that they can build on the momentum from two recent International Friendly wins over Hungary.
