Ireland Under-21s and St. Patrick's Athletic striker sat down with FAITV to talk about his journey so far as he prepares for his first U21 European Championship Qualification campaign.
The Co. Wicklow native who has starred for Pat's in the SSE Airtricity League of Ireland Premier Division and Europe is in line for a call-up to Jim Crawford's Under-21s squad this Thursday.
Despite having just the one Ireland cap, Mason's opening goal in a 3-1 win over Hungary in Pinatar, Spain saw him break the record as Ireland's youngest Under-21s goalscorer.
A winner of the Victory Shield and a goalscorer at the U17 EUROs in Hungary, Mason has shone in green.
