REPORT | GU15 | Norway 2-0 Ireland

The Ireland Girls' Under-15s lost 2-0 to Norway to finish the 2025 UEFA Development Tournament in Spain.

In what was the first outing for this group of players, they lost to Poland and Spain before taking on Norway in what proved to be a difficult game.

As was the case in their two previous games, Ireland showed a lot of fight and plenty of technical ability against very good opposition.

Norway got their goals and did not buckle when Ireland applied pressure, which to their credit showcased how good they can be play on the counter attack.

The players will take a lot from this game - and the tournament as a whole - as they look to move forward in their international careers.

Ireland: Megan McGinley; Ellie Byrne (Norah Patsy 59, Caoimhe Keating 85), Hattie Farrell (Emma Fitzpatrick 46), Kym McNulty (Daisy Fleming 59), Grace Geary (Katie Brogan 65); Faith Dawson (Pixie Keddy 59), Maia Stokes (Mia Whelan 65); Mairead Mullins (Fiadh Woods 46), Maisy Healy, Saoirse Reynolds; Ava Gallagher (Ava Hand 46).
