MU19 | Mohan calls-in players for UK training camp

Republic of Ireland Men’s Under-19s Head Coach Tom Mohan has called in 24 players for a UK-based training camp ahead of next month’s UEFA Under-19 European Championship Elite Round qualifiers.

The three-day training camp, which begins today, will be hosted in Loughborough, England, and will finish with a behind-closed-doors friendly on Wednesday.

Mohan will use the training days as an opportunity to consider his options ahead of the three Elite Round games in England and follows an assessment day hosted in Dundalk last week.

Ireland face hosts England (March 23), Portugal (March 26) and Armenia (March 29) as they bid to qualify for this summer’s championships which are being hosted in Slovakia.
