Ireland Colleges & Universities set for French test

The Ireland Colleges & Universities will take on the French Universities in an International Friendly on Wednesday, December 11th.

In what will be their first game in two years, the Irish squad is made up of 18 players including several who are regulars for their clubs in the League of Ireland.

Former St Patrick’s Athletic manager John McDonnell will lead the squad and he will be assisted by Damien Locke, Stephen Last and David Bourke.

This game will be the first in a new schedule that also includes a Friendly game against the Irish Defence Forces in January 2025.
