Sunday, November 16th – Kick-off: 15:00 (Local Time)

Please share this with any friends or family who are travelling. We have done our best to ensure these details are accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors or changes. If you believe anything is incorrect, please let us know.

Match & Stadium Information

The game will be played at the Puskás Aréna, Dózsa György út, Zugló, Budapest, Hungary.

PLEASE NOTE: The Puskas Arena is a CASHLESS stadium.

There will be a wide variety of food and drink options available in the stadium. We expect alcohol to be on sale.

There is no holdback planned for this game. If that changes, it will be communicated via the SLO WhatsApp channel and X account @IrelandSLO. If it changes during the game, it will be communicated via the public address system in English.

You must have your passport or passport card ready to show to gain access to the away end. This must match the name on your ticket. As it stands, the physical passport is required. If this changes and a photograph is accepted, we will communicate this.

The stadium is well served by public transport. Puskás Ferenc Station on Metro Line 2 is the closest stop. It is also just a ten-minute walk from the Keleti central railway station.

Most fans are expected to arrive via Budapest Airport, which is also well served by public transport.

Bags & Storage

Please be aware of the stadium’s bag policy. Bags larger than A4 are not allowed. There is bag storage available at the venue.

Safety & Practical Information

  • The emergency number in Hungary is 112.
  • We recommend keeping a scan of your passport on your phone and in your email in case it is lost or stolen, to assist with replacement travel documents.
  • Route to stadium: Supporters are advised to arrive from the north-west side via Stefánia Street. Public transport is available in this area. Please avoid the south side (Dózsa György Street and Verseny Street), where home ultra groups will be gathering. Fans should use Metro Line 1 to Heroes Square, then connect by trolley-bus or bus to the stadium.
  • Flags & instruments: Instruments are permitted. Flags larger than 1.5m x 1.5m will only be accepted if approved on-site by a representative of the Irish delegation. Standard national flags of both countries with a supporter-group or settlement name are allowed.

*Please note that the above is subject to change, updates and amendments.
