Clubs encouraged to host MiWadi FAI Football Camps

Grassroots clubs throughout Ireland have the opportunity to be part of the biggest summer football programme in the country, Miwadi FAI Football Camps.

The FAI is encouraging clubs to sign-up to host the football camps with more than 300 venues helping to grow the game in the last year.

MiWadi FAI Football Camps are now in their 30th year and have become a summer staple for youngsters to participate in football for the first time, join friends in organised football or looking to hone their football skills.

The camps are hosted throughout Ireland and the FAI is opening up applications for summer 2026 with clubs able to host mainstream, girls-only, goalkeeper or Football For All camps.

This year’s FAI Football Camps will run from June 29th to August 21st and venues can choose hosting dates throughout that eight-week period.

To apply clubs must have achieved the FAI Club Mark Entry Level award as a minimum requirement.

New venues can apply by following the instructions via the link - https://bookings.faifootballcamps.ie/s/apply-to-host

Returning venues can reapply via the link - Login | Salesforce

The deadline for applications is Sunday, February 15th and once an application is made a guide is issued on how to run the camps.
