Raise Your Voice – Lead the Future of Football

In football, raising your voice is everything—whether it's celebrating from the stands or leading on the pitch. But not every voice gets heard. The Young Leaders Forum is your chance to change that. This is your platform to speak up, take action, and shape the future of football in Ireland.

Why Join the Young Leaders Forum?

  • Make a Difference: Be part of decisions that shape the future of Irish football.
  • Be a Voice for Change: Represent young people and inspire more youth to get involved at every level of the game.
  • Shape the Game You Love: Work directly with decision-makers to create a safer, more inclusive, and supportive football community.

What’s in It for You?

  • Build Your Future: Gain leadership experience and grow your skills through volunteering opportunities at FAI matchdays and events.
  • Unique Experiences: Take part in key events, access training courses, and collaborate with football leaders and decision-makers.
  • Unforgettable Moments: Attend a home MNT or WNT match as part of this exclusive program.

What You’ll Do

  • Join at least 4 meetings throughout the year to collaborate, discuss, and drive real change.
  • Develop and present new initiatives that make an impact on and off the pitch.
  • Represent youth perspectives by reporting progress and updates directly to the FAI Board.
  • Share your voice at the AGM, ensuring the youth perspective is always heard.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Young Leaders: Aged 15–22, from all backgrounds.
  • Confident or Aspiring Voices: We welcome anyone ready to contribute and grow as a voice for the future of football.
  • FAI Registered Members: Registration is easy via FAI Connect if you’re not already signed up.
  • A Diverse Group: We are committed to creating a forum that reflects the rich diversity of Ireland, including people from different genders, abilities, cultures, and communities.
