With UEFA European Championship Qualifiers coming up, these games are most welcome for Head Coach Dave Connell and his support staff.
Ireland will face Portugal on Wednesday, October 22nd before coming up against USA on Saturday, October 25th in what should be two challenging fixtures.
There are first-time call-ups for a number of players, with many stepping up from the WU17s, including Shamrock Rovers ace Ella Kelly (pictured).
The Athlone Town duo of Lucy Fitzgerald and Hazel Donegan, plus the Bohemians quartet of Emma Gaughran, Aoibhe Brennan, Hannah Healy and Hannah O'Brien will link up with the squad following the 2025 Sports Direct Women's FAI Cup Final.
Connell's squad will aim to use these games to prepare for their EURO Qualifiers against Sweden (November 26th), Poland (November 29th) and Bulgaria (December 2nd).
