The young Boys in Green take on Andorra in their opening home game of the U21 European Championship Qualifiers at Tallaght Stadium on Tuesday, September 9. Jim Crawford’s side then head to Cork where they’ll face Slovakia in a Friday night clash at Turner’s Cross.
Adult tickets are priced at €10, children’s tickets are €5, with a family ticket (two adults, two children) priced at €20.
Ireland's path to the European Championship will be no easy feat.
They have been drawn in Group D with back-to-back U21 European Champions England while they have never faced Slovakia, Kazakhstan nor Moldova in a competitive game at this age grade.
By the time they face Andorra in Tallaght Stadium it will be 10 years since the two sides last met at Under-21s level with goals coming from Josh Cullen and Tommie Hoban in a 2-0 away victory.
Ireland’s qualification campaign begins away to Moldova on Thursday, September 4 before the young side return home for their showdown with Andorra in Dublin 24.
Four weeks later they’ve a solitary game in their October international window when they welcome Slovakia on Leeside before back-to-back away games against England and Andorra in November.
