James Scott's squad bounced back from a defeat to France in their opening to move into second place in Group A2 courtesy of goals from Milton (3) and Keelin Comiskey.
This is an Ireland that is improving with each game played and they showed their intent from the first whistle in Frankfurt with Athlone Town midfielder Emma Mooney unloading the first shot on goal after five minutes.
Belgium attempted to hit back but the momentum shifted on 21 minutes when Shamrock Rovers ace Milton got her first goal of the game - and her second of the year for this team.
Ireland finished the first half on top, with Halle Harcourt and Milton going close with further efforts on goal, and they returned for the second period with just as much aggression in their play.
Milton netted her second goal on 52 minutes as Scott's team responded quickly to a chance that Belgium had of their own. Typical of this team, they embrace each challenge head on and respond in a positive way.
It took just six more minutes for Milton to strike again, completing her hat-trick on 58 minutes to bring her WU17 record up to four goals scored in six games played.
Even though Belgium showed a lot of quality, they could not find any rhythm due to Ireland's dominance and that lead to their fourth goal when Comiskey scored on 83 minutes to wrap things up.
Next up is a clash with Germany on Wednesday, October 29th as they look to continue their pursuit of sealing a place at next summer's European Championship finals tournament.
Ireland: Sarah Doyle; Lara Dallaghan, Amelia Fahey (Catherine Oliveira 82), Keelin Comiskey, Ava Hallinan; Madison McGuane, Emma Mooney; Halle Harcourt (Ellen Goggin 63), Sophie Byrne (Abbie Duffy 82), Hailey Twomey (Alice Buggle 82); Ciara Milton (Kassie McLoughlin 63).
