PREVIEW | 2026 FAI Under-17 Cup Final

PREVIEW | 2026 FAI Under-17 Cup Final

It will be a Dublin derby in this year’s FAI Under-17 Cup Final when two of the city’s biggest schoolboy clubs go-head-to-head on Saturday.

St Kevins FC take on St’s Joseph’s FC at Frank Cooke Park as both look to end a long without picking up this crown.

For Kevins it’s a fourth final in 14 years with their most recent coming in 2023 when they were defeated by Cherry Orchard. The team from Dublin 9 have lost their last two finals but they did win back-to-back titles in the season 2011/12 and 2012/13.

For St. Joseph’s they last won this crown 40 years ago in the 1985/86 season. They’ve been to three finals since, losing on each occasion, but is the first time they’ve come up against their north Dublin rival in the final of the competition.
