Ireland are in Group A2 and up against Scotland, Poland and Italy with all games taking place in Glasgow.
There are first-time call-ups for Chelsea’s Christopher Atherton and Sean Murphy of UCD.
Under the new UEFA format, teams qualify for the U19 EUROs through a three-round process over two seasons.
Round 1 will see teams seeded in League A or League B dependent on their Under-17 Elite Round Qualifying position.
They then play out Round 2 in Autumn with the aim to qualify for Round 3 (formerly Elite Round) with League A status. Eight teams from League A can qualify from that stage for the European Championships.
