Ireland WU19 & WU17 teams discover Round 2 opponents

The Ireland Women's Under-19 & Under-17 teams can continue their preparations for their respective UEFA European Championships after learning their next opponents.

At a draw in Nyon, Switzerland, the Ireland Women's Under-19s were paired with France, Germany and Slovakia for their Round 2 qualifiers that could lead to the finals tournament in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Ireland Women's Under-17s will meet Germany again in their 2025/26 Round 2 qualifiers having faced off against them in Round 1, while Denmark and Sweden were also drawn into Group A1.

The draws for the 2026/27 qualifiers will take place in June.
