Munster FA 2-2 Leinster FA
After beating Ulster and Connacht, Jason Purcell knew that his Munster team simply had to avoid defeat to Andy McNulty's Leinster side to be crowned champions.
This was always going to be a back-and-forth tussle between two excellent teams but it was Munster who struck first through Jamie O'Sullivan on 24 minutes.
It didn't take long for Munster to extend their lead when tournament top goalscorer Eoin Murphy pounced on the half hour mark to make it 2-0.
Leinster responded by making a couple of changes after the interval and one those, St Mochta's ace Tyler Doherty, had an almost immediate impact by scoring on 59 minutes.
A goal on 84 minutes from Sean O'Mahony King drew the sides level and made for a nervous finish, but Munster held on to claim the victory needed to be overall tournament winners.
Connacht FA 2-0 Ulster FA
A first win of this year's tournament was claimed by Connacht, but they had to go all the way to ensure that they edged past Ulster.
After a scoreless first half, Ollie Neary's team broke the deadlock on 53 minutes when Colm Whelan got his second goal in this series of games.
Ulster fought hard, as they had done in each of their games, but Gary Duffy's men just could not find that goal to get them back into this contest.
With time ticking down and both teams going for it, Connacht profited when Maree Oranmore man Ger O'Riordan fired in late on.
