The FAI Cadbury Kick Fit programme is a fun and non-competitive recreational social programme for women 18+, with no experience necessary. While the primary aim of this programme is to keep fit and create a social group, most clubs who have run this programme have benefitted from recruitment of additional female coaches, female committee members & formation of a women’s team. The programme will run in 61 venues across the country in 2024, running for 8 weeks, with one-hour sessions per week. More news coming soon.

Cadbury Kick Fit is a new pilot programme that will run for eight weeks this summer and is a fun, non-competitive social programme for women with the primary aim to keep fit and create a social group, while encouraging recruitment of coaches and players to clubs. It is managed by each club and supported by FAI Development Officers and FAI Women’s Football Programme Coordinators.
