WU19 | EURO Qualifiers bring squad to Bulgaria

The Ireland Women’s Under-19s make the trip to Bulgaria for three UEFA European WU19 Championship Round 1 Qualifiers.

The games against Armenia (Wednesday, October 7th), Georgia (Saturday, October 10th) and Bulgaria (Tuesday, October 13th) are the first in the 2026-27 season for a new group.

There are first call-ups at this level for nine players, including goalkeeper Laura Fanning, defenders Holly O’Hagan and Amelia Fahey, midfielders Alex Devoy, Tess Finn, Beatrice Silickatie, Sophie Byrne, Aoife Colbert Martin, as well as striker Ciara Breslin.

International Lead Coach Chelsea Noonan will be assisted by Gary Seery as they set about topping Group B2 and taking a step closer to the finals tournament in Hungary.
