SQUAD UPDATE | Burns, Phillips and McEntee join U21s squad

Republic of Ireland Under-21s Manager Jim Crawford has called-up St. Patrick's Athletic's Darragh Burns, Crystal Palace's Killian Phillips and Greenock Morton's Oisin McEntee to the U21s squad ahead of next week's qualifier with Sweden.

The three players trained with the squad at Abbotstown yesterday with Burns and Phillips joining the U21s from the U20s group that had been in for a three-day training camp earlier this week.

Ireland take on Sweden in Borås on Tuesday as they continue their push for qualification to the 2023 UEFA U21 European Championships in Georgia & Romania.
