After previously beating Armenia and Georgia, the Girls in Green were keen to finish Group B2 with a third win in these UEFA European WU19 Championship Round 1 qualifiers.
Ireland dominated possession of the ball and looked the most likely to score but the deadlock was not broken until the 47th minute when captain McGuane dribbled past three players to fire in.
On 68 minutes, a corner from Ella Kelly was converted at the back post by Butler. It was the sixth goal of these qualifiers netted by the Shamrock Rovers forward.
The victory was fully deserved for an Ireland team who, across three games, scored 20 goals, recorded three clean sheets, gave game-time to 20 players and secured promotion to League A.
