It was Hungary who took the lead after 10 minutes when Tramontini Boglarka pounced to finish from close range following a save from Lucy Doyle Farrington.
Ireland hit back within two minutes when captain Milton controlled a pass from Bohemians defender Nora Pustay to level matters with a cool finish.
On the half hour mark, Ireland had the ball in the back of the net again - courtesy of Shelbourne's Halle Harcourt - but it was ruled out for offside.
Ireland didn't have to wait long for their second goal with Milton again supplying the strike following excellent work by Shamrock Rovers club-mate Hailey Twomey.
With momentum on their side, Ireland began to dominate in the second half with Maisy Healy going close before Twomey got their third goal with a superb finish into the top corner.
Substitute Ellen Goggin then rattled a shot against the Hungarian post but Wexford ace Mia Whelan did find joy when netting in the final minute of play.
This victory saw Ireland complete a clean sweep of victories following triumphs over Finland and Iceland earlier in the tournament.
