Q. Where Do I Renew or Purchase a Season Ticket for the 2022 Season?
A. Season tickets can be renewed from February 1st by logging into your FAI Ticketmaster account www.fai.ie/myaccount
Public sales start Monday 21st February
Q. Which matches are included in the 2022 FAI Season Ticket?
A. The package includes six Republic of Ireland Men’s Senior Team games at Aviva Stadium, including three UEFA Nations League games and three International Friendly Matches. There is also free entry to all Men’s U21s International Matches in Tallaght Stadium (subject to stadium availability).

Q. Will I Be Able To Keep The Same Seat In The Aviva Stadium?
A. There will be an option to secure your usual seat from February 1st.
Q. How Much Will The 2022 Season Ticket Cost?
A. The following price categories will be available. We are continuing a renewal price for all current Season Ticket Holders to reward loyal fans.

- Limited availability in specified areas of the stadium.
- Children under the age of 16 years old and tickets must be purchased with at least 1 Adult Season Ticket.
- The Family Ticket package caters for 2 Adults and 2 Children under the age of 16 years old.
Will there be a separate season ticket package for the Ireland Women’s National Team?
This is something that we are exploring due to growing demand in the team. However, the 2022 schedule means that we cannot create a season ticket package with only one home game currently confirmed.
How do I to renew my current season ticket(s)?
To renew your tickets go to the link below and log in to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, then click on the Forgot Your Password button. You will then be emailed a temporary password. Once you have received the temporary password you can use it along with your account ID (on your current season ticket) to log in to your account.

What payment options do I have when renewing my season tickets?
You have three different payment options.
- Pay in full
- Renew now – pay €1,- until 01st March
- Pay in two equal instalments, one of which is due on purchase.
How do I know what seats are included in my invoice?
Click on the Pay Now button and you will be able to review your seats before you purchase. If you wish to make a change to your invoice, please send an email to email@example.com
How do I upgrade/select different seats?
A better selection of tickets may become available after the renewal process is complete. If you renew your current season ticket you will get the option to upgrade or change seats after the renewal process is finished. You will receive an email closer to the time.
The upgrade/change seat window will open on 15th February 2022
Can I pay for my Season Ticket by instalments?
There are three ways to pay for your season tickets in 2022
- Payment can be made in full for your Season Ticket(s) at time of renewal/booking. Renew now, Pay later
- Renew now, Pay later - If you are retaining your Season Ticket you can renew for €1 and pay in full on 1st March 2022 Two-part Payment
- If you are retaining your Season Ticket you can renew with no down payment and pay in full on 1st March 2022 Two-part Payment
- You can opt to pay 50% on renewal/booking and then the remaining 50% balance later that will be confirmed by FAI. (Date for second payment on the 1st of March for renewal period. Date for second payment 21st March for all new purchasers)
I am 15 years old, can I buy a children's season ticket?
Due to Aviva Stadium regulations all children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult so one adult or student season ticket must be purchased with one or more children’s season tickets.
When is the closing date for renewal of existing season tickets?
The 2022 Season Ticket sales period will remain open until 17:00 on February 16th.
Season ticket renewals (save your seat) will end on Monday 14th February at 5pm. Once the save our seat period ends Season Ticket Holders will have a 48-hour window to change their seats or purchase additional ones, should they wish to do so.
Remaining season tickets will be released on public sale on Monday 21st February.
I Have Lost My Customer Number/Password To Log In To My Account, How Do I Get This Information?
Visit www.fai.ie/myaccount and click on the Lost Password option, then enter your email address and your details will be sent to you. If you do not have an FAI account, please enter your email address in the box marked "I don't have an FAI Account Manager account". Click continue, fill out the form and read/agree to the terms and conditions.
How do I renew if I cannot access the internet?

What happens if an existing season ticket holder purchaser wishes to move to different seats in in the same or different price category?
It is important to note that better seats won’t become available until after renewal period. Customers are encouraged to renew their existing seat and then to upgrade their seat in the Upgrade period, which will run for 48 hours after the renewal process ends, using an Interactive Seat Map. Customers are assigned a time slot during the 48 hours to allow for the transfer of their seats.
What happens if an existing season ticket holder wishes to increase or decrease the number of seats or change to a different price category?
Customer can remove seats from their invoice that they no longer wish to purchase.
For new seat purchases – Customers can do this during the Upgrade period.
I purchased multiple season tickets on my account last year and now want each person involved to have their individual name printed on their personal season tickets?
This will be possible, but all details will need to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your customer account number.
Will the season ticket be a plastic card similar to last season?
No - we are no longer producing plastic cards. Your tickets will be in digital format and will be available in your account to download or transfer, in advance of every fixture.
Fans with a Disability
Are Season Tickets available to fans who are wheelchair users?
Yes seats are available in all general admission areas for wheelchair users and this includes a complimentary seat for an accompanying carer.
What are acceptable forms of proof of disability?
A photocopy of the applicant’s proof of receipt of disability allowance, official disability cert/parking pass or a photocopy of a GP letter stating your disability, dated within the last two months.
Due to my disability, I need a guide/assistant to attend a match in the Aviva Stadium, does my guide/assistant have to purchase a ticket?
Evidence of the need for a guide or assistant must be made available to Ticketmaster. If accepted the guide/assistant will receive a ticket free of charge.
