Having first caught the eye whilst playing for Cherry Orchard, Jessie joined Shamrock Rovers and started to win underage caps for Ireland.

She then joined Shelbourne in the Women's National League and was nominated for Young Player of the Year in 2021.

In June 2022, she made her Ireland senior debut when coming on as a half-time substitute in the International Friendly against Philippines.
