It sounds really cliché, and I’ve said this on a number of occasions, I really feel that the pride and sense of pride that I get in my job is incredible.

We learn from each other every single day and I think it’s just an amazing place to work. It comes with challenge, we have challenges, we have frustrations but I think ultimately we are all on the same path and we all want to achieve that common goal.
