The Football Association of Ireland is inviting applications for the role of Community Sport Development Officer (CSDO) as part of our exciting Sport4Peace programme. This full-time, four-year fixed-term role will be based regionally across counties Cavan, Donegal, and Monaghan, with a focus on using football and sport as a tool to promote inclusion, cross-community engagement, and positive youth development.
Working closely with local schools, clubs, and community organisations, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inclusive football sessions, mentoring young leaders and volunteers, and creating opportunities for lifelong participation in sport. The role will also include targeted outreach to underrepresented groups including young people with disabilities and those from diverse ethnic minority backgrounds.
