Born in Canada, Eve is able to represent the Republic of Ireland through her Tyrone-born Mother. She played underage for Canada before declaring for Ireland in 2012.
Eve's first appearance for the Girls in Green was against Hungary in an Algarve Cup game in 2012 and then featured against Switzerland in an International Friendly later that year.
Having played for Cork City in the Women's National League - winning the FAI Women's Cup in 2017 - Eve joined DLR Waves in 2019 and has been considered one of the League's best goalkeepers.
In February 2022, Eve ended a nine-year gap between appearances for Ireland - having played against South Africa in the Cyprus Cup in 2013 and then coming on as a substitute against Wales in the Pinatar Cup.
