JONATHAN captained Ireland in the UEFA U17 Championships Qualifying Round win over the Faroe Islands in September 2014.

The former Malahide United defender has represented Ireland at U16 and U15 level.

Also known as JJ, he joined Preston North End in July 2014.

He made his U17 international debut against Hungary in August 2014.
