Hayley played in the first game against Northern Ireland in the Carrickfergus Cup then was included in the squad for the UEFA Championships qualifiers in Ulyanovsk. She started the 1-0 win over Turkey.

Having spent time playing and studying in the United States with Hartford University, Hayley turned professional in 2020 by joining London City Lionesses.

She made her senior debut in the 1-0 friendly loss to Belgium in April 2021.
