U21: eir Sport to broadcast next two qualifiers

The Republic of Ireland Under 21's next two UEFA European Championship Qualifying games at home in Tallaght Stadium will be broadcast live on eir Sport.

The Irish broadcaster will provide full coverage as Noel King's side, who are currently top of Group 5, take on Norway on Thursday, October 5 and then Israel on Monday, October 9.

Coverage for the Norway game, which kicks off at 19:45, will start at 19:15, while the build-up to the Israel game will begin at 15:25 ahead of the 15:30 kick-off.

In what a big boost for the promotion of Irish international football, eir Sport have also agreed to broadcast the away games between the same teams as Ireland travel to Norway on November 14 and visit Israel in October 2018.

As part of a special offer, IT Tallaght students and Shamrock Rovers season ticket holders will be permitted free entry to these games along with FAI Season Ticket holders.

The same offer has been extended to Waterford IT students and Waterford FC season ticket holders for the Ireland Under 19 UEFA European Championship qualifiers in the RSC.

Tom Mohan's team face off against Azerbaijan on Wednesday, October 4, against Cyprus on Saturday, October 7, and against Serbia on Tuesday, October 10.
