U19 squad changes for Norway friendlies

REPUBLIC of Ireland U19 boss Paul Doolin has been forced into a number of changes to his squad for two friendly internationals against Norway this week.

REPUBLIC of Ireland U19 boss Paul Doolin has been forced into a number of changes to his squad for two friendly internationals against Norway this week. 

Injuries have forced the withdrawal of Liverpool's Alex O'Hanlon and Stoke City midfielder Kristian Scott with Shamrock Rovers goalkeeper Shane Fagan withdrawn at the club's request following an injury to Richard Brush.

Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Aaron Myles has been drafted in to replace Fagan. Sheffield United midfielder Connor Dimaio and UCD's Sean Coyne have also been called up.

Ireland meet Norway at UCD Bowl on Tuesday, August 13 (7.00pm) and the same opponents at Carlisle Grounds, Bray, on Thursday, August 15 (1.00pm).
