Setanta Ireland to show deferred broadcast of World Cup qualifier

Setanta Ireland have confirmed that they will show a deferred broadcast of tomorrow’s Group 1 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier between Germany and Ireland at Tallaght Stadium.

Setanta Ireland have confirmed that they will show a deferred broadcast of tomorrow’s Group 1 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier between Germany and Ireland at Tallaght Stadium.Setanta’s “as live” broadcast will commence at 6.30pm tomorrow afternoon.

The top of the table Group 1 clash between first place Germany and second place Ireland will be shown live on the German television station ZDF who are expecting an audience of between two and three million viewers for the match. The German are current European champions and ranked No.2 in the world while Ireland jumped three placed to 30th following their sixth place finish at the Cyprus Cup last month.

The match itself kicks off at 3pm and admission is €5 for adults and €2 for U16s and students.
