Remembering Ashling Murphy

Remembering Ashling Murphy

The Football Association of Ireland and the whole of the Irish football community would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Ashling Murphy.

Taking part in sport, whether with a team or training individually, should never ever put anyone in danger.

We remain fully committed to the safety and well-being of all of our players, fans, volunteers, referees and administrators including in particular all the many women and girls who love to play and support football week in and week out.

We ask all involved with football matches in Ireland this weekend to remember Ashling and keep her family and friends in their thoughts.
