Elite Grassroots Coach
Requirements:

A coach must have completed 100 hours of Grassroots Coach Education, including any of the following:
- Kick Start / PDP 1
- Kick Start / PDP 2
- 4v4 Workshop
- 7v7 Workshop
- Youth Intro / PDP 3
- Adult Intro
- National D Licence (Including Former Youth Certificate)
- National C Licence
- Any other workshops and or specialist entry points such as FUTSAL or Goalkeeping.

Applicants must be currently working within the Grassroots Game and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Grassroots Game.

Course Learning Outcomes:
Introduction and Understanding of the Definition of an Elite Grassroot Football Coach: A lead Coach/Coaching Coordinator working in Children’s, School, Amateur, Leisure/Community or Disability Football.
Introduction and Understanding of the Profile: Elite Grassroot Football Coach: Create a culture that makes performing possible. Influence the mindset, attitude and behaviour of players, parents and coaches. This ensures a structured, specific approach that promotes a learning, recreational and personal development environment.
Introduction and understanding of the Competencies of Elite Grassroot Football Coach: This is what a candidate must master by the end of the course.
