Q. Where do I renew or purchase a Season Ticket for 2017/18 season Ticket?
A. Season tickets will be on sale on Ticketmaster.ie from May 11th

Q. Which matches are included in the 2017/2018 Season Ticket?
A. The package is a 5 match package which includes 2 World Cup 2017/18 qualifying games, a possible play-off game and 2 or 3 friendlies and a bonus game of the FAI Ford Cup Final, plus access to all home Women’s National Team Senior Fixtures.

Q. Do I receive any additional benefits with my Season Ticket?
A. Yes. Your Season Ticket will entitle you to free bonus access to the 2017 FAI Ford Cup final in Aviva Stadium as well as home senior women’s and men’s U21 matches subject to availability. Please refer to our International fixture lists sections on the FAI web site (http://www.fai.ie/international.html) for details of all Under 21 fixtures.

In 2017/18 we are also retaining the popular added benefits, across Ticketing, discounts, events and competitions. Please see www.fai.ie/benefits for full details.

Q. Will I be able to keep the same seat in the Aviva Stadium for the bonus matches?

A. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the same seat for bonus matches held in the Aviva. The FAI can allocate seats at their discretion you Season Ticket holders for such matches.

Q. How much will the 2017/2018 Season Ticket cost?
A. The following price categories will be available. We are continuing a renewal price for all current Season Ticket Holders to reward loyal fans.

Q. How do I to renew my current season ticket(s)?

A. To renew you tickets go to the link below and login to your account. If you have forgotten your password click on the forgot your password button. You will then be emailed a temporary password. Once you have received the temporary password you can use it along with your account ID (on your current season ticket) to login to your account.

Q. What payment options do I have when renewing my season tickets?

A. You have two different payment options.

  1. Pay in full
  2. Pay in two equal instalments, one of which is due on purchase.

Q. How do I pay in full?

A. Click pay now on your invoice. Review your seats and select single payment.


How do I pay in two equal instalments?

Click pay now on your invoice. Review your seats and select 2 Part Payment.
The full total must however be paid on August 3rd 2016. The payment plan is based on two equal monthly payments, one of which is due on purchase. Season Tickets purchased after 1st July 2016 will not be eligible for an instalment plan.


Q. How do I know what seats are included in my invoice?

A. Click on the Pay Now button and you will be able to review your seats before you purchase. If you wish to make a change to your invoice please send an email to sportstickets@ticketmaster.ie


Q. How do I upgrade/select different seats?

A. A better selection of tickets may become available after the renewal process is complete. If you renew your current season tickets you will get the option to upgrade or change seats after the renewal process is finished. You will be emailed details closer to the time.

Q. Can I pay for my Season Ticket by instalments?
A. Yes, a two instalment Payment plan is available for all purchases/renewals made prior to July 1st 2016.

Q. I am 15 years old, can I buy a children's season ticket?
A. Due to Aviva Stadium regulations all children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult so one adult or student season ticket must be purchased with one or more children’s season tickets.

Q. When is the closing date for renewal of existing season tickets?
A. The 2016 Season Ticket sales period will remain open until August 19th 2016. Current season ticket holders will be able to avail of the renewal price until this date. However the ‘save your seat’ period will close at Midnight on June 4th 2016 Current holders must renew existing seats before this date. After this date current Season Ticket holders will be able to purchase a 2016/17 Season Ticket however there current seat may not be available.

Q. I bought a Duo Package in 2016/17, can I keep my seat?

Duo purchases are included in the ‘save your seat’ with the exception of Duo tickets purchased in Premium Level. This period will close at Midnight on June 4th. Duo purchasers must renew existing seats before this date. After this date all seats will be released for re-sale. Current Season Ticket holders and Duo purchasers will be able to purchase a 2016/17 Season Ticket however your current seat may not be available.

Q. I have lost my customer number/password to log in to my account, how do I get this information?
A. Visit www.fai.ie/myaccount and click on the lost password option, then enter your email address and your details will be sent to you. If you do not have an email address registered please call Ticketmaster Sports on 0818 87 87 87.

Q. How do I renew if I cannot access the internet?
A. You can also renew by calling Ticketmaster Sports on 0818 87 87 87 and quote your customer number.

Q. What happens if an existing season ticket holder/Duo purchaser wishes to move to different seats in in the same or different price category?
A. Customers can change their seat by selecting a new one and ignoring their invoice. However it’s important to note that the best seats won’t become available until after renewal period. Therefore we encourage customers to renew their existing seat and then an upgrade their seat in the Upgrade period, which will run for 48hrs after the renewal process using an ISM. Customers are assigned a time slot during the 48 hours so the swap their seats.

Q. What happens if an existing season ticket holder wishes to increase or decrease the number of seats or change to a different price category?
A. For any changes to existing arrangements please contact Ticketmaster and they will advise all options available.

Q. I purchased multiple season tickets on my account last year and now want each person involved to have their individual name printed on their personal season tickets?
A. This will be possible however all details will need to be emailed to Ticketmaster (sportstickets@ticketmaster.ie ) quoting your customer number.

Q. Will the season ticket be a plastic card similar to last season?
A. Yes the season ticket will be a credit card sized plastic card with a barcode that you will be able to use for all matches in the advertised package.

Q. When will my season ticket be issued?
A. For operational purposes, Season Ticket cards will not start to be dispatched until July 2016. As with all individual match day tickets you will receive your season ticket cards no later than 2 weeks prior to the first fixture. For any season tickets purchased after the 03rd August there is no guarantee that we will be able to provide plastic cards in advance of the first fixture – paper tickets may be received and cards will then be dispatched after the game

 Q. If I prefer to receive paper tickets can this be arranged?
A. This facility will only be available to larger groups by arrangement with the Ticketmaster and the FAI.

Q. If I lose my season ticket card can it be replaced?
A. Yes this will be possible however an administration charge of €10.00 will apply. If you lose your season ticket card at any time during the season please contact Ticketmaster on 0818 87 87 87. For security reasons or for notification of lost cards close to a fixture, paper tickets may have to be the only replacement option.

Fans with a Disability

Q. Are Season Tickets available to fans who are wheelchair users?

A. Yes seats are available in all general admission areas for wheelchair users and this includes a complimentary seat for an accompanying carer.

Q. Are Season Tickets available to other fans with a disability?

A. Yes seats are available in Category B areas due to the ease of access and elevator facilities to these areas. For fans with a disability however proof of disability will need to be provided.

Q. What are acceptable forms of proof of disability?

A. A photocopy of the applicants proof of receipt of disability allowance, official disability cert/parking pass or a photocopy of a GP letter stating your disability, dated within the last 2 months.

Q. Due to my disability I need a guide/assistant to attend a match in the Aviva, does my guide/assistant have to purchase a ticket?
A. Evidence of the need for a guide or assistant must be made available to ticket-master. If accepted the guide/assistant will receive ticket free of charge.

Q. My child has a disability are there any discounts available to us?
A. No, All children already receive significant discounts through the season ticket scheme
