Republic of Ireland U16 International

The Republic of Ireland's U16 squad consists of an elite group of players who are being developed under manager John Morling to step up to competitive UEFA Championship standard when they advance to the U17 grade. Ireland travelled to Portugal to contest the Santarem International Tournament in February, 2009 and France visited Dublin in March. Ireland travelled to contest the Gradisca Tournament in Italy with Mexico, Serbia and Croatia in April, 2009.
