Career Summary

Darren had spells with the youth sides at Everton and Blackburn before joining Liverpool and he made his debut for their Senior team in a Champions League qualifier against Grazer AK in 2004. He had loan spells with Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers before joining the latter on a permanent deal in January ‘07. A regular in Ireland underage sides, last May he won his first Senior cap against Ecuador and three days later his second against Bolivia. He has since been capped against Wales and Brazil.
