The FAI is running a national campaign to increase awareness of sudden cardiac death among footballers. As a result, all player's over the age of 14 are asked to fill out a risk assessment questionnaire and seek advice from their family doctor where a positive response occours. The simple questionnaire can be downloaded here and is also available from club secretaries.
