The Football Association of Ireland offers a wide range of support services to players, clubs and leagues. These range from the guidance provided to clubs and players by our player support services manager, Eoin Hand who assists players considering careers in the professional game with advice. He has also provided valuable advice to clubs in relation to training and compensation which to date has gebnerated in excess of €3m in line with FIFA's international training compensation scheme.
The FAI as the governing body for football in Ireland also regulates areas such as scouting, player agents, anti-doping and player transfers.
We also provide guidelines for parents and assistance in the areas of child welfare and child protection. The information on these pages provides a summary of what we do.
