- Scheme of Equipment Grants
The objective of this scheme is to support the activities of local community and voluntary organisations that are addressing disadvantage in their communities  Note: While sports activities will not be eligible for funding, many football clubs provide football related services to members of their community e.g. After school projects, community meetings, services for the elderly etc.  Therefore, it is important in any application to this fund to minimize the football / sporting context and to maximise the service related aspects of the application.Programme 2.
