FAI Umbro Intermediate Cup
FAI Umbro Intermediate Cup Second Round draw made
The draw for the Second Round of the FAI Umbro Intermediate Cup has been made by the FAI Domestic Committee.
Holders Avondale United, who beat Cobh Wanderers 2-0 in the First Round, have been handed a home tie against Fermoy who overcame Carrigaline United 2-1. Cherry Orchard, runners-up to Avondale for the past two years, had an 8-2 win away to Skerries Town in the First Round and must travel again in Round 2, this time to Broadford Rovers who had a bye in the opening round.
Matches in Round Two are played on a regional basis and are fixed for week-ending October 28.
