Closing Date approaching for the John Sherlock Services to Football Awards 2012

The John Sherlock Service to Football Awards recognises the contributions made by volunteers at all levels of football to the continued success and development of our game. Football is the largest participation sport in the country and continues to play a pivotal role within communities, it is thanks to volunteers that we can occupy this position and will continue to do so into the future.

Anybody that is involved in football is eligible for nomination for this award be they coaches, administrators, groundskeepers etc.  

The closing date for nominations is Monday 2nd of July 2012. Applications can be made by printing the application form which is available at the link below and returning to the address supplied:
